House is a second story paradise just steps from
the sights, sounds, and excitement of world-famous Duval Street.
Lush and tropical gardens surround this beautiful development in the heart
of historic Old Town. Private, secured parking beneath the complex and security
entrances gives the feeling of exclusivity unparalleled in Key West.
This special unit features the original oil paintings of world-renowned artist,
William Selesnick, of New Hope, Pa. and Key West, which are for sale and can
be purchased in our office. The foyer features plants and a wonderful night
scene of the White Street Pier and opens to the living room, dining room, half-bath
(which has its own hand painted crowing rooster mural on the wall).
The living room includes exquisite faux painting on doors, tables, chairs and
fans and abounds with scenes from Key West which you are sure to recognize
and features French doors opening to your own private outdoor patio with table
and chairs.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has French doors opening onto a private porch
with seating. A large bath with vanity is private to this bedroom. The second
bedroom features a queen bed and private bath.
This spacious unit features is only steps from a large pool and covered gazebo.
On the ground floor is a secured garage for parking your vehicle.
This unit is the perfect place for access to watch the street parade during FANTASY
FEST, overlooking Duval Street and the judging stands.
