to Property Colors on White is comprised of 5 separate rental units (Blue and Yellow on the ground floor, Green, Red & Purple on the second floor) within the same complex located at 818 White Street. These units share a large common area upper deck which is perfect for family and friends to share an evening drink or cook your fresh fish catch of the day on the gas BBQ grill. It also has a large table, chairs and loungers. After dinner or a day of island exploring, relax in the 8 person Jacuzzi. Studio efficiency units, Red (sleeps 4) and Green (sleeps 3), have a king bed, and step in shower. Red offers 2 twin beds in a cozy loft area(low clearance), Green has 1 twin bed in the upstairs cozy loft(low clearance),. Purple’s(sleeps 2) hospitality includes a king bed, step in shower. Blue(sleeps 4) offers 1 king bedroom and bathroom with step in shower. Yellow(sleeps 4) has 1 king bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The living rooms of Yellow and Blue have queen sleeper sofas. The living rooms/bedrooms/lofts have flat screen TV's. Also featured in each unit is an iPod docking station to play your favorite music and complimentary Wi-Fi. Kitchens are well equipped and include dishwasher, 2 burner cook top, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, dishes…everything you need to prepare a meal or just heat leftovers from Key West's many fabulous restaurants. This is truly a great rental property for any large group wanting to be together and enjoying the ultimate in privacy. Yellow/Blue/Red sleeps 4, Green 3 and Purple 2 for a maximum capacity of 17 persons.
