Steps from Duval Street, on a quiet lane just two blocks long, the upstairs rooms are located in a Ship Captain's home from the 1880's. Winning the prestigious Key West Award for meticulous detail in renovation, Rooms 1 and 2 feature gabled ceilings.

Light and airy, these unique rooms have private baths. Designed by an architect to maximize use of space, the bathroom is a part of the bedroom, not in a separate room. Azure porcelain tile delineates the bath from the rest of the carpeted room. The custom made shower has an obscure glass door; the toilet is behind swinging saloon-style doors. The vanity is built into the dormer window.

Downstairs is a very spacious common area with a large living room with French doors opening onto a tin-roof covered porch with wicker furniture, magazines, games and music to pass the tropical afternoons while relaxing from the stress of the real world.
